Abstract
The Harar variety of COffee arabica as introduced into Kenya, from Eastern Abysinia by the Senior Coffee Officer in 1931 and the seedlings raised from this importation were planted out at the Scott Agricultural Laboratories in the November rains,IC)32. These trees have since exhibited a very robust type of grown and have proved to be drought resistant. They have also produced very good crops of excellent liquoring quality.
