Abstract
Preliminary work by Worsley & Nutman (1937) showed that histological methods can be used in studying the distribution of rotenone and allied substances in Derris elliptica. This paper reports its extension to members of the Dalbergieae and the Galegeae, the tribes that include genera of insecticidal value. I have therefore abandoned the former main heading of this series of papers, which was originally intended to be confined to Derris and M undulea
