Abstract
After very careful study in Kenya, my estimates is that coffee farmers lose anything from 15% to 45% in value over the way their coffee is dried, and I believe this will one day be proved to have been a conservative estimate. The higher figure refers to a rainy season, when some barbecues and table are particle so overcrowded as to cause several grade drops.
