Abstract
These notes describe an attempt to establish this tree on a plantation scale for its essential oil on a farm in Kenya. The farm is in the Nakuru district and lies on the eastern side of the Great Rift Valley an altitude of 6,600 feet, with a light, rather sandy, soil. It is used for the cultivation of essential oil plants and the distillation of their oil
