Abstract
Theileria ce~vi serologic antigen was obtained from the erythrocytes of a deer infected wi~h I. cervi. The animal was bled by venipuncture, when 20 per cent of its erythrocytes were parasitized •. The blood WGS ~emolyzed by freezing at -200 C. A second blood sample was h2iliolyzed by aoA~ng distilled water. The two antigens obtaineci were solubilized oy sonication, titrated by complement-fixation (C?) reaction, pooleo and used in CF, hemagglutination and precipitin tests.
