Abstract
An investigation was made into the fungus flora of coffea arabica L. over an altitude range of 1650 to 20000m in the important East Rift coffee district of Kiambu. The fungal invasion of the aerial parts of the tree, including the bark, leaves and fruits at all stages of development, were studied and Colletotrichum isolates differeing morphologically in culture were regularly obtained.
