Abstract
The screening trials suggest that 2,4-D formulations are the most effective herbicides for the control of regrowth of Euclea divinorum. These chemicals should be applied to foliage in oily solutions. The timing of applications appears to be very important, and a preliminary experiment indicated that the best time to apply the arboricide is three months after a rainfall peak. The poorest results were obtained when spraying was done only one month after a rainfall peak.
