Abstract
A survey conducted of ten (10) Rose farms on the status of the crown gall disease after use of IPM options for one year to control the disease revealed reduction of the disease infection by 99%. - Two years ago, the incidence of disease in these farms ranged between 12-20% - The rose farms survey included - Penta Roses, Red land, Waridi, gill farm, buds and Blooms, finlay Flowers, Seradic, SuI mac and Oserian. The IPM options used include. • Planting of clean planting material. • Hygiene in the green houses of roses • Use of Gallax, Kocide and Galltrol treatment
