Abstract
Developing human resources in an organization means improving employees' performance by increasing or improving their knowledge, skills and attitudes. The essential elements of human resource development are learning, education and training. KARl lays emphasis on training, focusing on training for a job, training for a role inside KARl and training for a career. Training allows the Institute to remove or prevent performance deficiencies, makes employees more flexible and adaptable, and can also increase their commitment to the Institute. Training in KARl is based strictly on training needs assessment, which are undertaken regularly.
