Abstract
A field study was conducted at Kabanyolo, Uganda, to isolate seed-borne fungi of finaer millet using the lines PIO, P226, P2SS, P277, P291, P304, WCI42, WC277 IIId WCS63. Most of the fungal flora of finger millet were found to be surftce-seed-bome but Pyriclll4riIJ ,ris«l IIId to • lesser extent Bipolaris l'IOdtIIosa, IIId Fusarium sp. were also inlenally-aeed-bome. Presence of these fungi might ICCOUD1 for 10 in seed viability in ltorage.
