Abstract
We will divide, for convenience. The economic consideration of game cropping into two parts. In the first part, we will concern ourselves with the economics of the biotic production of yield. In the second part, we will be concerned with the economics of the realization of this potential biotic yield by harvesting, processing and marketing. It should be self evident from the start that a failure to foresee clearly and act within the economic limitations attached to the harvesting, processing and marketing of wild animals can easily result in game cropping being uneconomical, even when we star1t with a system blessed with a highly economical biotic production of yield.
